Job Summary
The Business Consultant’s primary responsibility is to perform consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) customers. A Dynamics NAV Implementation Consultant will be focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft’s NAV ERP solution.
As part of our Professional Services team, you would be involved in many projects spanning both the existing client base as well as new business implementations.
Responsibilities:
Perform business requirements analysis and documentation.
Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.
Train users on new process and Dynamics NAV functionality.
Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
Manage individual budget and scope of work.
Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.
Education, Certifications and Experience:
5+ years’ experience functional experience in implementing Microsoft Navision required.
Functional knowledge of the finance, distribution, and production granules; Other areas of functionality such as CRM, Projects, MRP and WMS is a plus.
Experience with core business processes such as Accounting, Distribution and Manufacturing.
Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations.
Previous ERP implementation experience is required.
Knowledge of best practices, principles and procedures as related to small-to-mid sized business processes.
Ability to understand, communicate on all levels in an organization, interpret client business processes and requirements.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.
Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without detailed supervision.
Roles And responsibilities:
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements .
Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Required Skills:
SAP FICO consultant to deliver change request (50%) and operational support (50%).
Minimum of 5 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.

Role : Senior IT Project Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for the managing and implementing of medium scale IT projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer’s requirements
Project Delivery
• Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of people including users and managers, drawing together information needs across a distributed organization
• Establish and prepare project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables in consultation with business users and architect/designer
• Manage the implementation of the project on a daily basis with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality
• Manage the scope definition and change control mechanism
• Escalate and discuss project overrun issues, scope creep, integration issues, and resource requirements with Project Director (PD) /Service Delivery Director (SDD)

The Requirements:
